On Our Way

We are on our way to having a room that is a place where students can learn and create, not just stumble around and wonder where everything is.  I wish I would have taken a couple before, during, after pictures to show the process of where we started with our room and where it is now.  I think it would have made me feel a lot better about how far we've come!

We finished separating fiction and non-fiction books today, which was our first goal with our library.  We also now have ALL 42 desks in the room and in groups, ugh.

Excited for students to be the ones to put up the bulletin boards and get some ownership of their room, because it's not just ours.

Before we know it we'll be in the room surrounded by kids and excitement!

UPDATE: P (2) was still here, so here are some pics!!!!! It's coming along! P&P's 5th Grade is on it's way!
